We are leaving Budapest just before Christmas, so you would be taking

lease with the management company from January to June (6 months).

You can move in as soon as we leave, probably around the 22nd or 23rd of

December. The last part of December is rent-free! You would need to

come with us to the office of the management company to transfer the

lease. This can be done any time.
