I have available from January 2009 a luxury part furnished 3 double bed roomed apartment situated on the 2nd and 3rd floor in Cardiff Bay. It comprises of a very large lounge, separate dining room and kitchen downstairs, upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, a new ensuite and dressing area off the master bedroom and a separate family bathroom. The downstairs has laminate throughout with lino in the kitchen area. The stairs and upstairs are carpeted.

There is a private car parking space and plenty of visitors parking outside. The property overlooks the extensive established communal gardens leading onto the river. It is a 10 minute walk from the bay, asda and Cardiff Retail park is a 2 minute walk away. There is a bus stop on the same road as the property, with a train station approximately 10 mins walk away.

The rental charge does not include bills, however the apartment has the benefit of having economy 7 heating through utility warehouse, and as there is no gas the bills are cheap. I do however pay the management fee for the property to maintain the corridors, stair wells and communal gardens.

The property is band d council tax.

Im afraid the complex does not allow any pets.

From findaproperty website the average rental price for a 3 bed apartment in Cardiff is £855 pcm.

This property is available for only £750 pcm for a 12 month contract and £800 for a 6 month contract.
