Both houses are located in the historic neighborhood of Graça, near the flea market and in the line of the mythic 28 tramway.
With, wood floors, lots of sunlight, wireless Internet, TV, DVD, washing machine, kitchen facilities, natural gas, bath and bed clothes. All bills are includes and a cleaner comes once a week to tidy things up.
Both available in short or long term rentals.
Payment:
We don?t want money before you see the room. I pick you at the airport, bring you to the house and only if it corresponds to what you want, you pay it.
If you stay more than one month, the payment must be done until the 5. If is a short term rental, the payment must be done in the check in.
Guest Relation:
In your 1st days we help with the travel pass to Lisbon transports, the inscription in the doctor (social security number), in the finances (if needed to make a national insurance number) and the inscription in the free Portuguese classes (if your university does not have them).
We always make some tours with our guests to try to show them the city from our point of view. To us, it's a very important thing when we visit other countries.
If you know in advance especial things you want to do or see, please tell us all and we think about the best way to do it (transports; prices etc...).
We like to show things like:

about the beach..... we have all you need: towels, parasol, coffer to fresh food etc.... you can also try one surf class for ?10/person with Line Up Surf School (we just need to make the reservations).
