1 very big single room (you can call a double room with a single bed if you want) will be available on 01/09/08 in a 3 bedroom house, the rent is 37 pounds per week for the room. We are postgraduate students at The University of Manchester. I am a PhD student at Manchester University.
The house is on Chilworth street , StreetMap GoogleMap, Rusholme, broadband available with 8 pounds per month each (in case we have 3 people). There are 2 options for bus from the house: 2 mins walking from the house is the bus stop of 111 or 5 mins walking to Oxford Road with plenty of buses, so i think that is one of the conveniences of the house besides the price.

This house is in a great location on Barlow Moor road within a 60 second walk of Didsbury village. The house is really spacious with a dining room, big living room, kitchen (with dishwasher), washer, dryer, 2 bathrooms, 3 floors (3 bedrooms on each floor) and a big cellar - great for storing stuff...
Because it's a Victorian house, the rooms are all big rooms, they come in 3 sizes, this is actually classed as one of the medium ones but it's at least the size of a bigger room in most terraced houses, it's just the bigger ones are massive!
The people who live here are all really nice - 2 girls and 3 boys. They're all between 24 and 27 and are all really easy going and great housemates (you know when you can have fun and socialise with people when you want and get your own space when you want too? It's kind of like that).
If you want to live in a friendly house share, that's so close to everything you need and isn't a complete dump for a change, you have to take a look at this, it won't be available long.
The room will be available from 20th September.

We currently have two rooms that have become available in a refurbished Victorian terrace. We have a large double room available immediately and a further single room also available.
It is situated not far from Salford Quays, (about 10 min walk), not far from the metrolink and is on major bus routes to the city centre.
The house itself has been recently refurbished and the rooms come fully furnished.
There is a shared lounge complete with leather sofas, digital, bathroom and a large fully equipped kitchen.
