The apartments is 100 square meters, very bright sunny and with very spacious rooms.
There is one double bedroom with a large closet and a very large living room with a sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed. Wood floors throughout. The kitchen is completely new furnished. Two persons can comfortably eat in the kitchen however there is a large table in the living room that can accomodate for up to 6 persons.
There is one full bathroom with a bath/shower and a small balcony off the kitchen. The apartment is at the 3rd floor without elevator.
Appliances include individual heating, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, washing machine, TV. Towels and bedlinen can be provided on request (and duvets, pillows etc..).
The rent is 1250euros inclusive of service charges and rental costs. Only utilities (gas, electricity, telephone) are excluded.The house is on a nice square with gardens and with all the amenities. The location is excellent: very close to restaurants, shops, gym, supermarket, pharmacy, etc.
The apartment is 100m from the Railway station "Lambrate" (trains to Pavia, Brescia, Torino, etc) where there is also the metro station "Lambrate" on the green line. Shuttle commections to Linate and Orio al Serio airports have a stop at Lambrate station.
